"Welcome to Archway of Hope, a nonprofit organization that offers help and hope to people who have lost someone too early."
Archwayofhope.org wants to be a source of help and hope. We offer helpful ideas for coping with grief and the many challenges that accompany such great loss. We pay special attention to grieving families as they face painful milestones. We strive to offer hope in a community that understands, and we find ways to help honor and remember the ones who left this world too soon. The nonprofit organization, Archway, came into existence through personal tragedy. On December 28, 2015, fifteen year old Rhett Curtis Hering was killed instantly at the end of his driveway in a UTV accident. His family and friends were shocked and heartbroken. We had no idea how we would survive such an enormous loss. In our own search for hope, an idea began to flourish that Rhett’s amazing life and sudden death could start a revolution. Our hometown of McGregor called it the Rhett Revolution, and it was designed to spread love and kindness and to find ways to help people. As family and friends helped bridge the gap and support us, we began to realize the huge need for an organization that focussed solely on helping grieving families. On the five year anniversary of Rhett’s death, Archway was officially born proving that maybe there can still be “life” after death. As we remember and honor Rhett, we want to help others remember and honor their lost loved ones as well. An “arch” is a curved structure that reaches across an opening and typically supports weight. Our organization wants to reach across the broken gap and help support the weight of your loss. The team at Archway intimately knows that bereaved families and friends need attention, resources, community, and hope. We desire to use our journey along with many other resources to assist in meeting the needs of others who have found themselves walking the unwelcome path of losing someone too early.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
